1. Consultation

After you fill out the form below, we'll schedule an introductory call to go over our services and the onboarding process.

3. Inspection

We'll send out a maintenance team to ensure your property has everything it needs to be successful within your market.

5. Activate

Once we've collected all of the data and information on your property, we'll create a listing and sync it with all of our connected online travel agencies (OTAs).

2. Research

Next up, we'll dive into your designated market to come up with estimated annual projections, pricing, and average daily rate strategies.

4. Preparation

We'll set up another call to go over the results of the inspection. If everything looks good, we'll draw up a contract for both parties to sign.

6. Relax

If you've made it to step 6, congratulations! Now you get to kick-up your feet and watch as the bookings roll in.
